You create
the value.
We do the asking.

Hotels pay for two things: content they can keep and reuse, and an audience that trusts where you stay. Bring either. Bring both. We'll find the properties, find the right person, write the pitch, chase the reply and keep track of what you owe.

Both sides of what you offer

The content they keep

Photos, video and a finished reel, licensed for their site, their socials and their booking listings. It replaces a shoot that costs them four figures. No audience needed for this half.

The audience that books

People who ask you where you stayed. Every direct booking you send saves them the 15–25% they'd hand a booking platform. If you have reach, it's worth money — price it, don't apologise for it.

Most of us have one and are building the other. The method tells you which to lead with · lesson 2

The part nobody enjoys

You know roughly what to do. Doing it is the problem.

We keep hearing the same four sentences from people who have tried this for a season.

“I sent forty DMs and got two replies.”

Most were never read by anyone who could say yes. They landed in a reception inbox and got filtered by someone with no authority to decide.

“I don’t know which hotels even want creators.”

So you pitch at random, mostly into peak season, mostly to chains with a form. Half of them were never going to answer — and you can tell which half from outside.

“I found the hotel. I can’t find a human.”

Twenty minutes on Instagram, then the website, then LinkedIn, then you give up and email info@ — which is about the same as not sending it.

“I bought the templates. It’s still a blank email at midnight.”

A template is a starting point, not the work. The work is forty personalised versions, sent in the right week, followed up twice, with somebody keeping score.

What makes this different

Everyone else sells you the knowledge.
We give it away — then we do the work.

Courses, template packs and hotel directories all stop in the same place — they hand you something and wish you luck. The knowledge was never the bottleneck.

How courses, template packs, directories and Questroo compare
What’s out there What you’re still doing at 11pm
Courses and mentorships All of it — every property, every contact, every email
Template and guide packs Finding who to send it to, and sending it forty times
Hotel lists and directories Checking which entries are still true, then everything after
Collab marketplaces The pitch, the negotiation, the shoot brief, the delivery
Questroo Reading four drafts and pressing approve

The hard question was never “what should I say”. It was who, where, when, and who's keeping track. That's the bit we do.

The argument you make to them

You create value for the brand. Two kinds of it.

A property has to keep making pictures or it stops selling rooms, and it has to keep buying attention or nobody finds it. You take something off both bills. That's the whole pitch — and it's why someone with 900 followers and someone with 30,000 can both be well worth saying yes to.

What your camera saves them

Typical mid-range European property. The hosted stay is valued at the marginal cost of an unsold room, not the rate card.

What your audience saves them

Every guest who books direct because of you is a guest they did not have to buy — from a booking platform, or from an ad auction.

  • 15–25% Commission a hotel hands a booking platform on a room it did not sell itself.
  • €0.40–€1.20 What it pays for a single click on paid social, most of which never books.
  • ≈ €120 Saved on one €600 direct stay that came from a story instead of an ad.

Which is why reach is worth real money — it just isn’t the entry ticket. If you have it, price it. If you don’t, sell the content and build it.

See the full arithmetic, both sides

The distinction that decides it

Hospitality content,
not travel content.

A hotel cannot publish a mountain. It can publish a guest having coffee on a balcony that overlooks one. Every asset has to survive a single question in a marketing manager’s head: would this make a stranger book a room?

The link every pitch ends with

And you get the portfolio, built in.

Everyone else sells you a media-kit template. We give you a real page at a link you choose, and then keep it up to date for you.

  • Your work, your link. Pick the address once and it’s yours. Up to twelve pieces, plus your bio, city and contact details.
  • Collaborations fill themselves in. Every property you actually work with is added as the deal is confirmed. Nothing to maintain.
  • Testimonials land on the page. Ask once after delivery; when it arrives it sits under the work it belongs to.
  • The assistant uses it automatically. Publish it and every pitch Questroo writes ends with the link. No pasting, no stale PDF.

How it works

One pipeline, from a destination to a delivered library.

You give it a city and a month. It works through the five stages below and stops every time a human should be deciding.

  1. 01

    Target

Properties in your destination, scored on the signals that predict a yes.

  2. 02

    Reach

The marketing contact, and the channel most likely to get a reply.

  3. 03

    Pitch

A personalised draft per property, leading with whichever value is yours.

  4. 04

    Negotiate

Follow-ups on schedule, objections classified, every offer versioned.

  5. 05

    Deliver

What you promised, what you sent, the testimonial, the next season.

The part we actually solve

Knowing the method is a weekend. Running it is every evening for a year.

So we do it. Questroo runs the methodology as its default behaviour, with your limits enforced and your approval required. Nothing goes out that you haven’t read.

It finds the properties

Give it a destination and a month. It researches, scores the signals from lesson 7, and shortlists.

Casa Aurelia Reposts guest content
Hotel Milena Opened 4 months ago
The Palm Court Peak season · low odds

It writes, you approve

One personalised opening per property, your template untouched underneath. Nothing sends without you.

“I’ve been following Casa Aurelia for a while — the courtyard in the late afternoon is exactly the kind of light I like to shoot…”

Approve & send Edit

It remembers the follow-up

Two follow-ups, on the right days, prepared for you. Silence stops being a dead end.

  1. 14 Mar Pitch sent
  2. 17 Mar Follow-up 1 sent
  3. 21 Mar Follow-up 2 — draft ready

It reads the reply and knows the counter

The five objections from lesson 10, classified on arrival, with a counter drafted from your own position — and every offer kept as a numbered version, so “what did they agree to” is a record rather than a memory.

And the methodology
is yours anyway.

Thirteen lessons, every script, every objection, the shot list and the delivery structure. No account, no email capture, nothing held back for a paid tier.

Read it and do the whole thing by hand if you like — plenty of people will, and it works. We’re betting that around the fortieth time, you’d rather we did it.

Questions

The ones people actually ask.

Do I need a minimum follower count?

No. A property with a thin content library mostly cares whether you can make pictures it’s allowed to publish, and people under 1,000 followers land stays on that basis all the time. If you do have an audience, that’s a second thing worth paying for. The method covers how to price and present both.

Is this for UGC creators or influencers?

Both. They’re two real jobs, and the difference matters less than people make out. One sells content the hotel keeps; the other sells that plus the bookings an audience drives. The pitch structure is identical — only which half you put first changes, and Questroo writes it either way.

I have never done a collaboration. Where do I start?

Lesson 5. You don’t need permission to build proof — a weekend, a small local property and a deliberate shot list give you a portfolio that answers the question hotels are actually asking.

Is the methodology really free, or is it a lead magnet?

It is genuinely all of it: thirteen lessons, every script, the objection replies, the shot list, the delivery structure. No account, no email gate. It is normally $99 and it will be again after the launch period.

So what am I paying for?

The work. Finding properties that are open to creators, finding the marketing contact, personalising forty pitches, sending them in the right week, following up twice, spotting the objection in a reply, keeping every version of every offer, and tracking what you owe after the stay. That’s the bottleneck, and it’s what Pro takes off you.

Does Questroo send messages on my behalf?

Only ones you’ve read and approved. Every draft — pitch, follow-up, counter-offer — waits for you. A made-up detail about a property costs you that property, so you stay in the loop by design.

How is this different from a hotel collab directory?

Directories stop at the match, which is the easy part. Most of the work is finding the contact, pitching, following up, negotiating, shooting to a brief, delivering, and staying in touch afterwards. That whole stretch is what we run.

Do I need my own website or media kit?

No. Questroo gives you a portfolio page at a link you pick — your work, your bio, your contact details, the properties you’ve worked with and the testimonials they sent back. Publish it and every pitch ends with it automatically. If you already have a site you love, use that instead; the assistant will link whatever you tell it to.

Can I cancel?

Monthly is month to month, cancel any time, no negotiation. Lifetime is a single payment with no renewal.
