The Questroo
Method.

Hotel collaborations 101, for content and UGC creators

We wrote this because we kept watching good creators get ignored for reasons that had nothing to do with their work. It's thirteen short lessons on what a hotel is buying, how to show you have it, and how to ask without feeling like you're begging.

A creator writing outreach emails at a café table in morning light

“I have 1,400 followers. Why would a hotel care?”

Because there are two things it’s buying, and only one of them is your audience. Lesson 2.

Two things they’ll pay for

Content they can keep takes a cost off production. An audience that books takes a cost off marketing. Bring either. Both is better, neither is a dealbreaker.

Proof beats persuasion

One folder of usable hotel content answers more objections than three paragraphs of enthusiasm ever will.

Most no’s were never decided

The message reached someone who wasn’t allowed to say yes, so nobody said anything at all.

The course

Four parts. One argument: you create value for the brand.

Read it in order. Every lesson ends with what to do next, a script you can copy, and a note on which part of Questroo handles that step once you’d rather not do it by hand.

After the reading

The method is free.
Doing it by hand is the expensive part.

Thirteen lessons will teach you the whole trade. Then you’ll spend your evenings hunting marketing contacts, personalising forty emails and trying to remember who owes you a reply. Questroo is that evening, automated — running this method as its default, not as a suggestion.
